How to submit and review support ticket


How to Submit Support Ticket

  1. Go to "Open a New Ticket" page, enter the following fields:
    1. Help Topic
    2. Email Address (It is mandatory field)
      Note: do not enter email with problem, this email is used to communicate
    3. Full Name (It is mandatory field)
    4. Company Name
    5. Issue Summary (It is mandatory field)
    6. Issue Detail
    7. Captch Text
  2. Click "Create Ticket" button and submit
  3. You will receive a ticket number generated by system, please keep it for reference
  4. Our support team will response within 24-hours

How to Review Support Ticket

  1. Go to "Check Ticket Status" page, enter the following fields:
    1. Email Address
    2. Ticket Number
  2. Click "View Ticket" and login
  3. You review the feedback from support team and write message to them as well
